The Hyderabad City Police "Mobile App" for"Work Force Management System" so as to empower the PolicePersonnel of all ranks of Hyderabad City Police to upload thedetails of work performed by them online on a daily basis throughtheir Mobile devices in addition to Leave management etc., Thiswill also enable the Police Personnel to access all reports onlinein their Mobile Phone Devices in relation to Police workforceManagement System.The objectives of Police Work Force Management System:The powerful features of the Workforce Management System help toachieve the end goals as: Workforce Daily Activity Reporting Workforce Leave Management Department Orders Management Workforce Transfer Management MIS and Dashboard Mobile App Support for Daily Activity Reporting Central Workforce Service Database Police Business Process Automation Ability to manage the personal details of every employee inthe central database where Employee Personal, Service andPerformance Track details are maintained and tracked Every Business Process in each wing is defined in the systemwhere each employee tasks are maintained and regularlytracked The Time (Hours) spent on every task performed by the employee isrecorded on a daily basis through Mobile App and is tracked throughdashboard. Mobile interface has been provided to log the work done and hoursspent from their respective work places to avoid coming to theoffice to perform the same. Daily Progress Report (DPR) in terms of Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) is generated on a daily basis based on the dataentry logged by the employees of all wings. Every employee Leaves are maintained and approved through theSystem for easy tracking and monitoring. All the Department Orders as part of decision making process isgenerated, approved and circulated through the system. Through the Service Record details of every employee, an analysisis made for “Due for Transfer” cases based on pre-definedalgorithm. As a part of Citizen Friendly PolicingServices, Hyderabad City Police takes one more step forward bylaunching a Mobile App "Hyderabad City Police-Lost Report" tofacilitate Citizens of Hyderabad City for reporting to policeaboutloss of Document(s)/Articles(s) Lost/Missed and obtaining a reportfrom Police for applying duplicate document(s)/claiming insuranceof article(s) lost/missed their Mobiles (Cell Phones).Process to get Police Report through this App:+ Citizens to download the App, first into their Mobiles.+ User has to register himself/herself in the App for enablingthem to report to police online about loss ofArticles/Documents.+ User can report for multiple documents(s)/Article(s).+ After entry of all the details, the user can submit detailsand get receipt of Confirmation into the mobiles thorough App andalso to the respective email­ID.+ A Nodal Officer, in the rank of Addl. DCP Crimes will receiveall the Complaints.+ The Addl. DCP Crimes will designate an Officer to verify theveracity of the Complaint and will approve or reject theReport.+ If approved, user will immediately receive Digitally SignedPolice Report through App & mail.+ If rejected, reasons for rejection will be received throughe­-mail.+ Time required to issue/reject report will take maximum 3working days.Highlights of the Report:+ Report is Digitally Signed Document.+ Report will have Photo of the Applicant which is provided inAadhar Database.+ Report will have Aadhar Number and Name mentioned in AadharCard.+ Report will have unique verification Key No for any futurereference.Benefits to the Citizens:+ Citizens need not go to Police Station to file a Complaint forany lost Articles/Documents to get Police Report.+ This is a free App, there is no need pay any charges.+ Cost & Time saving to Citizens.+ All services are available with mobile phoneCaution:This Mobile App is meant for reporting only in case of misplaced/ lost Articles / documents in Hyderabad City only which is not acrime and does not entail registration of FIR as per law.In case, loss is due to theft or any other crime, the citizensare advised to approach concerned Police Station whose crime hasoccurred for registration of FIR and further investigation.Whoever furnishes false information to Police will beprosecuted.This report is issued purely for the purpose of obtaining aDuplicate Document / Claiming insurance whoever required.
